WHAT?

Based on their existing KMHC Etsy site, which I created in 2018, I transitioned their vision to a stand-alone eCommerce shop. Using GoDaddy as a host, I established a site that enabled the organization to increase customer service through more effective channels for communication, order management and tracking product quantities effectively. I incorporated testimonials from social media, crafted a cohesive color palette based on their logo, and oversaw the content added to the site for a polished, engaging experience.

WHY?

The organization wanted to transition from Etsy to their own website to make it easier for customers to find them and streamline order fulfillment. They needed a site that would enhance visibility, allow efficient tracking of analytics, and simplify shop management to continue serving their growing customer base.

HOW?

I collaborated closely with the organization to determine which elements from their Etsy shop to include on their new site and built it on GoDaddy, incorporating both existing and additional content. I ensured the website was accessible for their wide target audience and designed the shop layout to showcase all products along with customer reviews, engaging new customers and contributing to over $10,000 in sales shortly after launch. I also assisted in setting manageable inventory quantities, streamlined order fulfillment with label printing, expanded their booking options with a studio appointment calendar, and performed ongoing site maintenance to update information as needed.
